THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH APPLY
UPON MAKING A BOOKING:
The Card holder or person paying the deposit shall be liable for
all aspects of the hire including any additions to the agreed journey which will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.
The card holder will be responsible for any misconduct which may justify termination of the hire without refund of any monies paid.
Any damage caused will be chargeable to the credit card details on file unless paid in cash to the driver subject to the company’s or duty manager’s discretion on the day.
Cancellation within 48 hours of agreed booking day will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total cost of hire and cancellation within 5 working days of the hire will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the outstanding balance.
We do make every effort to be on time, but on occasions due to unforeseen traffic or diversions, we cannot be held responsible for any cancelled venues.
The time booked will start from the time of arrival.
Sickness inside the vehicle will incur a cleaning charge to be determined by the company or the duty manager and paid in cash to the driver or charged to the credit card on file subject to the duty manager’s agreement.
Deposits are non-refundable.
We will Endeavour to provide you the vehicle requested upon booking. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so, due to breakdown, collision, etc. We reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar type and capacity. We can request a preferred vehicle colour but cannot guarantee a colour.
Unfortunately, we are unable to take any responsibility for the loss of property left in the vehicle at any time or under any circumstances.
We operate a strict rule of no smoking in our vehicles. Passengers caught smoking or using illegal substances will cause termination of the hire.
Amendments to existing booking may incur admin charges, depending on the changes made.
